Visa Debit/Check Card

To report a lost or stolen VISA Debit/Check Card:

  1.  During normal CU Business hours call 1-888-657-0004 or 804-672-0200.
  2. After normal CU business hours call 1-800-472-3272.

This convenient card can save you time and money; use it to pay for purchases anywhere VISA is accepted. The purchase amount will be deducted automatically from available funds in your Share Draft/Checking Account. You can simply sign for your purchases, just as you do for credit cards or you can use your PIN number to complete your transacation. VUMCU VISA Debit/Check Cards come with no monthly fees.

The VISA Debit/Check Card also works as an ATM card, giving you convenient access to cash from your checking account.  The CU-Here network provides access to thousands of ATM terminals, including CU-Here terminals which are "surcharge free".
